Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Weld County

Provides services to clients needing a less restrictive level of care than inpatient treatment but needing more structure than outpatient treatment.  For many who continue to be employed, this is the best option. People residing in the twelve northeast counties who are within driving distance to the Island Grove - Greeley site and have transportation to Island Grove are eligible for services on a sliding fee scale. Those residing outside our area are subject to full fee. IOP begins with four groups per week, steps down to three groups per week and wraps up with two groups per week. Youth and Family Services Program Weld County

The program offers detoxification, urine drug testing, evaluations, and youth and family treatment sessions, as well as an anger management course for adolescents 13-17 years. Services offered are outpatient and intensive outpatient counseling, which may include 5-day residential supportive housing through our "fast-track" program. Specialty services such as Anger Management, Gender Specific, Pre-contemplation, and Marijuana treatment groups are also available.  We provide services to area schools and juvenile justice by contract.

Women's Services Weld County

The length of the program is designed, in collaboration with the referral source, to meet the individual's unique needs. The program is structured for women with or without dependent children, to benefit from gender specific treatment that allows them to become more cognizant and empowered while considering the benefits of a drug and alcohol free lifestyle, as well as providing the opportunity to increase the quality of their own as well as their children's lives.  The program offers individual and group counseling, Level II therapy, relapse prevention, domestic violence, and anger management. Therapeutic services address alcohol and drug abuse; domestic violence; anger management; emotional, physical and sexual abuse; relationships; mental health; stress management; and parenting. 

Information and services available include family planning, prevention of child and domestic abuse, life management skills, nutrition, parenting skills and child development, healthcare assessment, and pediatric care for dependent children. Outpatient Structured Therapy Weld County

The program provides the opportunity for each client (age 13 and up) to achieve their fullest potential and increase the quality of life when adversely affected by drugs and/or alcohol, through individual and group counseling, anger management, Level I and II education groups, DUI Level II therapy, relapse prevention, and domestic violence counseling (child care services available for female clients). All services are available in English and Spanish. Length of the program is variable according to client needs (anger management 20-50 sessions, domestic violence 36 sessions, Minors in Possession [MIP] 6 hours, Relapse Prevention 20 sessions, DUI as per level of care indicated, Strategies for Self-Improvement and Change [SSIC] 28 sessions).

Outpatient Therapy Larimer County (Fort Collins and Loveland)

The services are designed to provide clients with alternatives to living with adverse effects of drug/alcohol and domestic violence.  Services are offered in English and Spanish, for age 13 and up.  Services include individual and group counseling, anger management, Level I and Level II education and therapy, gender specific relapse prevention, women's recovery, gender specific domestic violence groups, adult intensive outpatient (IOP), and enhanced outpatient for adults and adolescents. The length of treatment varies according to client needs (anger management 10 sessions, domestic violence 36 sessions, DUI as per level of care indicates, intensive outpatient 24 sessions, and enhanced outpatient therapy up to 24 sessions). 

Fees are based on a sliding scale for group. Medicaid billing for pregnant clients. Clients may self refer or be referred by other agencies. Youth and Family Services Program Larimer County (Fort Collins and Loveland)

Program Manager: Donna Goldstrom, M.Ed., LPC

The program goal is to encourage self-discovery and growth through education and a focus on personal responsibility in decision making for adolescents 12 to 17 years and their families.  Services include evaluation; weekly groups; individual and family sessions; urinalysis and breathalyzer screening; Diversion program through the District Attorney's Office that provides a 6-week education and prevention program; on-site services at the Department of Human Services, providing drug and alcohol evaluations, group counseling, individual counseling, and a specialized women's methamphetamine group; and on-site services at two local schools providing intervention, consultation, and education to students, parents, and staff. Five day residential supportive housing is available at our Greeley site through our Fast Track program (Fast Track is a residential detox program available for youth in need of detoxification and a substance abuse evaluation).
